We process personal data exclusively in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). We process data only on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), or on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Hosting and provision of the website
This website is operated on servers within the European Union. Where a service provider acts as a processor, a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable provision of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Server log files
When you access this website, your browser automatically transmits information to the server, which is temporarily stored in so-called server log files. This includes: the page accessed, date and time of access, the volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system, and the IP address. This data is used for the technical provision, stability and security of the website. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log files are stored only for a short period and then deleted.
5. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. Only a technically necessary record of your choice in the cookie notice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) so that the notice does not reappear on every visit. This information is not transmitted to third parties. The legal basis is § 25(2) TDDDG (technically required storage) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
6. No external services
All resources required for display – including fonts, images and scripts – are delivered directly from our own server. In particular, no connection is made to Google Fonts or other third-party content delivery networks. No analytics, tracking or marketing services (e.g. Google Analytics) are used.
7. Contacting us
If you contact us by e-mail, phone or via a contact form, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, content of the request) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual or contractual communication) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (handling of general enquiries). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
